The Yellow Melon Diet for Weight Loss

During the yellow melon diet you can eat chicken meat or fish, rice, mushrooms, cottage cheese, yogurt, boiled eggs, cabbage and green beans. Don’t forget about drinking lots of liquids: water, teas and fresh fruit juices.

The first day:
-for breakfast: a half of yellow melon, a low fat yogurt with 20 grams of oat flakes;
-for lunch: 150 grams of boiled chicken meat, 200 grams of green beans and one slice of yellow melon;
-for supper: scrambled eggs, 30 grams of rice with tomato sauce and a slice of yellow melon.

The second day:
-for breakfast: 20 grams of cottage cheese with a slice of toast and a half of yellow melon;
-for lunch: a cabbage salad with a boiled chicken leg and a slice of yellow melon;
-for supper: mushrooms cooked in the frying pan without oil and how much yellow melon you can eat.

The third day:
-for breakfast: a boiled egg with a slice of toast and whatever quantity of yellow melon;
-for lunch: a vegetable soup, 100 grams of boiled beef and two boiled potatoes;
-for supper: how much yellow melon as your heart desires.

The fourth day:
-for breakfast: a cup of milk with 30 grams of oat flakes and a slice of yellow melon;
-for lunch: two tomatoes stuffed with rice and a boiled chicken meat;
-for supper: a big vegetable salad and a slice of yellow melon.

The fifth day:
-for breakfast: as much yellow melon as you desire;
-for lunch: 200 grams of low fat fish, 30 grams of rice with tomato sauce;
-for supper: 30 grams of boiled rice with mushrooms and tomato sauce and a slice of yellow melon.

You should repeat this diet plan twice. This means 10 days of dieting using yellow melons. The yellow melon diet is fabulous for detoxing your body also.
