The Watermelon Diet for Weight Loss and Detoxing

Watermelons are fabulous for any weight loss diet because they contain 90% water. You can combine watermelons with other fruits to create delicious and dietetic deserts. If you really want to lose weight using watermelons here is the watermelon weight loss diet:

At each breakfast you will eat the same food daily: one slice of watermelon, 50 grams of toast, one cup of tea. You should drink daily 12 cups of water, tea or fresh fruit juice.

The first day:
-for lunch: 100 grams of boiled beef, 100 grams of boiled rice with tomato sauce and a slice of watermelon;
-for supper: 50 grams of cottage cheese one slice of toast and how much watermelon you want.

The second day:
-for lunch: toast, 50 grams of chicken or turkey breast boiled, one slice of watermelon;
-for supper: 100 grams of low fat fish grilled or boiled, one slice of toast and one slice of watermelon.

The third day:
-for lunch: 30 grams of spaghetti with tomato sauce and grated cheese and how much watermelon you want to eat;
-for supper: a vegetable salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, lettuce) and a slice of watermelon.

The fourth day:
-for lunch: a bowl of vegetable soup with toast, 50 grams of boiled chicken breast with toast and a slice of watermelon;
-for supper: two boiled potatoes with parmesan and whatever quantity of watermelon.

The fifth day:
-for lunch: 50 grams of boiled beef with mushrooms and whatever quantity of watermelon;
-for supper: 50 grams of cottage cheese and two slices of toast and how much watermelon you want.

This diet is good for losing a couple of pounds and detoxing your body at the same time. I recommend you repeat this watermelon weight loss plan at least two times back to back to get maximum results. You should definitely give it a try.
