Make sure you eat breakfast. Never ever skip breakfast because breakfast is the most important meal of the day for many reasons. That’s not just because our mothers used to say so. If you don’t eat a healthy breakfast you will feel drained of energy and strength all day long.

Not any breakfast will help you be energetic all day long. Bacon and eggs for breakfast are a bad choice for so many reasons. Your body needs a nourishing and healthy breakfast, that will offer all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients your body needs for top performance.

So what is the best answer: wholemeal cereals or oatmeal with milk or yogurt. Thanks to them you will be able to withstand and conquer any challenge the day might throw at you.
