Research proved that people who eat a good breakfast are more likely to lose weight faster than people who skip breakfast. For the last lunch of the day make sure that you eat your dinner at least 3 hours before going to bed. This will ensure that your body will have enough time to digest the food. If you eat and then go to bed the burning process is reduced because the body does not have enough time to burn the extra calories and fat.
