The 4 Rules of a Healthy Diet: lose weight using a healthy diet

Everybody know a couple of diets you can use to lose weight. On the web you can read hundreds of weight loss diets. But are they good for everybody. Maybe everybody can use any diet to lose a couple of pounds. But if you want to lose more than 10 pounds you have to make sure the weight loss diet you choose to follow is a healthy diet.

Here are the rules that you must follow if you want to lose weight dieting in a healthy way:

1) The establishing of the type of obesity is the responsibility of the specialist that recommends the diet. Every type of obesity has different types of diets that are more efficient.

2) Determining all the diseases that are due to obesity must also be discovered. The nutritionist must give you a diet that will alleviate the symptoms and causes of the obesity generated diseases: high blood pressure, high cholesterol level, gout, lack of vitamins and minerals form your body.

3) The diet you choose to follow must match as closely as possible your lifestyle. It has to have foods you like to eat but are slimming at the same time. If you don’t like fish you will have a hard time following a diet plan that includes lots of fish.

4) A diet is recommended by a specialist after establishing the cause of those extra pounds. By treating the cause of obesity you will enjoy faster and long lasting weight loss results. Treating only the effect, all the extra weight, by using commercial diets can have only short-term effects. In the long run all that extra weight might come back. Sometimes because of a really bad weight loss diet that you followed you can become even fatter when you go off it. So be careful.

Obesity is a serious disease that determines behavior, physical, aesthetic and especially health long term changes. Badly prescribed and followed weight loss diets can lead to monstrous obesity forms. Your family, health, social status and mental state are influenced by obesity.
