Brazilian model Izabel Goulart is in runway shape all the time. This Victoria’s Secret Angel was not named One of The Most Beautiful People in the World for nothing. Her drop dead gorgeous looks and killer bod has made her life a non-stop whirlwind of glitz and glamour. 

"I do have ugly days." She says. "But when that happens, I just keep up a good energy and mood to get on with it. Running around and exercise helps me deal with that."

Izabel Goulart’s exercise routine include walking and yoga to help strengthen and elongate muscles as well as enhance her flexibility. 

"I love yoga, I’ve been doing it for years." She shares. "Aside from what it does to the body, it gives me this feel good feeling, a chance to meditate and clear the mind."
