A 2 Day Diet Plan: lose 4 pounds in 2 days using oranges

Not only are oranges delicious they can also help you lose weight and detox your body. You must follow this orange diet for only 2 days, no more and no less. That is why it is called the 2 day diet. With the help of the 2 day diet you can lose about 4 pounds and eliminate all those nasty toxins form your body.

You can use the orange based 2 day diet to eliminate the excess weight you picked recently very fast. It is a super fast weight loss diet and you should never abuse it because it can have dire consequences for your health if you do.

The 2 day diet isn’t a diet for massive weight loss. You should use it only if you need to lose around 4 pounds. Day 1: you can eat only oranges all day long with 2 slices of whole grain toast at each meal.

Day 2: for breakfast you mix some low fat yogurt with an orange and lemon juice. For lunch you eat an orange salad made out of 1-2 oranges, 1 onion, 2 dates, 1 spoon of virgin olive oil and basil. For dinner you will eat 1 slice of whole grain toast with butter and a leaf of salad on it, a slice low fat cheese and of course an orange.

This is all you have to do to lose 4 pounds in 2 days. The diet doesn’t mention anything about exercising. Besides it would be pretty hard to workout considering how drastic the 2 day diet plan is.

A more drastic diet you can use if you badly need to detox your body is also based on oranges. To be more specific it is based on drinking lots of orange juice and eating nothing else. The orange juice detox diet is fabulous for detoxing your body and you will even lose a couple of pounds. But I don’t recommend you try it more than once a year. There are far better ways to detox your body.

The 2 day orange juice detox diet plan is the following: for 2 days you can only drink orange juice mixed with water in an equal measure. Half a glass should be orange juice and the other half should be water. From 8am to 8 pm you drink the orange juice every 2 hours. You have to drink at least 8 glasses of orange juice all day long. You are forbidden to eat anything else for 2 days while you are on the diet.

If you have to get ready for a party coming next weekend and you need to lose 4 pounds fast then you can follow the 2 day diet. It will get you fast results. What I recommend you do instead of following this diet all the time is to include more oranges in your normal diet. Oranges are full of vitamins and minerals, help you body fight against infections, improve your intestinal transit and it seems that oranges even help you the risk of getting cancer at the digestive system level.
