Supermodel Petra NÄ›mcová is ridiculously attractive. She’s the kind of woman who looks better and better every time you see her: in print, sashaying down the catwalk or making a TV appearance. The body-licious star has once admitted to having her fair share of body issues in the past in her quest to follow Hollywood’s size zero mentality, but now, the Sports Illustrated covergirl and Victoria’s Secret Angel has put it all in the past, as she sports an unbelievably scorching hot bikini body.

"I went through so many diets in my life. I’ve become very, very skinny." She recalls. "My body has suffered enough, but now, I’ve overcome it."

Petra Nemcova’s diet plan typically includes foods coming from the three groups: fat, carbohydrates and protein, proportioned well in every meal.

Petra Nemcova’s exercise routine mainly involves Pilates  three times per week. Pilates is a physical fitness activity concentrating on toning the core postural muscles, deep abdominal muscles and the muscles near the spine.

"I’ve been doing Pilates for three years to firm up my body." She says. "The results have never let me down."
