Naomi Campbell is a name synonymous with the supermodel phenomenon of the 90s. Blessed with the exotic visage of Jamaican- Chinese heritage, she became the first black woman to grace the cover for French and British Vogue as well as Time magazine. Her stunningly expressive eyes and perfect model body earned her much success on the runway and in print. Here, the 5 foot 10 stunner opens up about her diet and exercise tips on achieving that runway-ready physique.

"I stick to my diet and work out regularly." She says. "As a model, I get to travel a lot, but the thought of just sitting still is scary, so I really try to avoid it."

"I do have the occasional treats." She says with a smile. "I have my guilty pleasures, and I don’t like to deprive myself."

Naomi Campbell’s exercise routine was designed especially for her by celebrity trainer and friend, David Kirsch. Her fitness training program lasts two hours per day and is based on the attainment of balance of the mind, body and spirit.

The routine consists of cardio exercises such as lunges, squats and resistance training using light weights and high repetitions.

"The regimen was developed with the knowledge that I had to have a toned body, but I shouldn’t bulk up too much." Naomi shares. "Models are lean, not necessarily muscled."
