Kristin Cavallari has always been one of Tinseltown’s most petite celebrities. The Hills star has once been a subject of nasty tabloids for her fast weight loss, with rumors going as far as her suffering from Anorexia. The 5 foot 2 beauty is now in her best shape ever,  and has learned the secrets to staying healthy while maintaining the body most women would want to have.

"I got really busy for the show that I was struggling for time to eat. I’m not normally like that." She admits. "But I’m so much better about it now."

Kristin-Cavallari.jpgKristin Cavallari’s diet follows the grazing strategy, which involves eating mini meals the entire day, usually 5 small portioned food to keep blood sugar levels up and minimize risk of overeating. This technique also helps in hastening metabolism and curbing hunger pangs.

Aside from staying true to her diet, she also does her time in the gym for maximum results. Kristin Cavallari’s exercise routine includes light weights and cardio exercises to keep her fit. She performs light weights such as running, walking, swimming and calisthenics, where she burns at least 300 to 400 calories per workout session. 

"I feel good, this is the first time in my life where I’ve been working out consistently." She shares. "Once you see the results, you just want to maintain them, and that keeps you going."
