Katherine Heigl’s Diet and Exercise Routine: The Perfect Combination

Actress Katherine Heigl, aside from gaining fame by starring in a string of blockbuster flicks and a high rating TV show, is also famous for her gorgeous curves. The 5 foot 8 stunner has always had a beautiful body, but it took her to star in the runaway hit movie Knocked Up before she seriously considered toning up.

"I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in." Katherine gushes. "It’s hard for me to believe I used to hate working out and dieting."

Katherine Heigl’s diet followed the famous 5-Factor Diet program, which delivered 5 high protein, high fiber meals throughout the day with a scheduled cheat day at the end of the week.

During her typical day, Katherine Heigl’s diet plan would include:

  • Breakfast: French toast with ricotta pillows
  • Mid-morning Snack: mixed-berries
  • Lunch: TexMex salad with chicken and black beans
  • Afternoon snack: Hummus crudite
  • Dinner: Sea Bass with brown rice and edamame 

Included in The 5-Factor Diet program is a workout routine designed to help lose the weight efficiently. Katherine Heigl’s exercise routine included cardio exercises and circuit training for 25 to 50 minutes everyday.

Katherine also uses the elliptical exercise machine thrice a week, as well as yoga and hiking.
