Czech model and former Victoria’s Secret Angel Karolina Kurkova has been described as "The Next Supermodel” by none other than Vogue Editor Anna Wintour. And with good reason. The 5 feet 10 inch stunner knows how to keep her body in great shape with the healthiest way possible.

"I’m big on health. Especially when I was pregnant, I took special care of myself." She says. "I’m taking good supplements, eating really healthy, drinking juices, working out and staying away from junk food."

Karolina-Kurkova.jpgKarolina Kurkova’s diet follows portion control wherein there are no food restrictions of any kind, as long as she controls her serving size and total caloric intake.

Karolina Kurkova states, "I eat very clean and fresh. I wake up and I have a green juice with a little protein powder and glutamine mixed in. Then two hours later I have two hard-boiled eggs. Then, two or three hours later I’ll have 10 nuts, like walnuts or almonds. Then I’ll have grilled fish with vegetables and salads. And then again, a green juice. I just keep it simple."

Karolina Kurkova’s exercise routine was developed especially for her by Celebrity Trainer, David Kirsch and includes numerous of squats, lunges, and light weights, with high repetitions. Usually, the routine lasts for 90 minutes and is performed every day. 

‘I do a mishmash of everything." Karolina says. "A little ballet, dancing, funk cardio..It’s a fun work out."
