English beauty Jane Leeves, best known for her co-starring role as Daphne Moon on television sitcom Frasier has always been long and litheThis 5 foot 10 inch former dancer shares about her secrets to keeping that hot body smoking for years.

"I’m lucky cause I’ve always loved dancing, and I started really young. I don’t even have to diet." She says. "I had my thyroid gland removed a few years ago and now I take medicine to regulate my metabolism. In fact, I have to eat enough to maintain my weight."

jane-leeves.jpgJane Leeves’s diet plan consists of well balanced meals with portion control. Her dietary intake includes a lot of fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, healthy oils and lean meats.

"I give myself treats occasionally, and I drink at least 8 glasses of water each day to keep my skin smooth." She says. 

Jane Leeves’s exercise routine includes strength movements and cardio workouts such stair climbing, sprints and jumping jacks all performed in high intensity for a circuit training calorie burn.

Jane also does Pilates and credits it for her increased stamina and endurance.

"Another thing I love about Pilates is that it’s very relaxing." She says. "It also toned my stomach unlike any other exercise."
