American actress and model Jamie Pressly just gave herself the best gift she could be proud of — a smoking hot body to go with those tight, tight abs. The 32 year old North Carolina native mom of one has allure that goes beyond that toned figure. Here, she spills her secrets for getting sculpted and staying motivated, and shares what it takes to be truly sexy.

"You have to stay focused on a goal. After growing a human being inside me, I just wanted to feel sexy again." She shares. "Lately, I’m loving my stomach."

Jaime-Pressly.jpgWell, who doesn’t? Jamie’s efforts sure paid off. After pregnancy, Jaime tried the 7 day detox plan wherein she only ate cabbage soup veggies, potato and grilled chicken for a week, which claimed to flush out toxins from the body and boosts the immune system.

Currently, Jaime Pressly’s diet follows a high protein grazing strategy where 4 to 6 mini meals are consumed per day. This diet plan includes a lot of big green salads, fruits and lean meats. She also replaced her soda and coffee with water.

Jaime Pressly’s exercise routine includes horseback riding, hiking, kickboxing, as well as swimming. Jaime’s personal trainer Garrett Warren also included strength training, and Proper Body Exercise, a blend of Pilates, Yoga and core stability movements to her work out routine.

 "I work out not to be thin, but to feel good. I don’t want to be a size zero, I love my curves, I’m keeping them." Jamie says laughingly.
