A career as E!’s anchor, author of the best-selling book How to Think Like a Guy, and happily married to The Apprentice first season winner Bill Rancic. Surely, Giuliana Rancic has a lot of reasons to be proud of herself. The Italian-American stunner is one busy woman and being busy has never looked this good.

"When I told myself I was going to be more healthy, I immediately ditched the soda and coffee." She shares. "I keep it simple. I ate a lot of greens and exercised a bit more."

Giuliana-Rancic.jpgGiuliana Rancic’s diet includes taking in healthy meals, and drinking a lot of water to keep her body well-hydrated. She also follows portion control, which allows her no food restrictions, as long as she watches out for serving size and caloric content.

Giuliana Rancic’s exercise routine starts with her hitting the gym to do cardio and sprint exercises for 30 to 45 minutes using the treadmill.

She also works with the stairmaster exercise equipment for 10 minutes once per week to tone her muscles and improve her stamina. 

"I don’t miss a single routine." She says. "I don’t do crunches or anything– I just do balance stuff that activates and makes me work my core."
