Use your treadmill to exercise and lose weight

Many complain that they don’t have time to exercise. But to my amazing they do have time to watch TV. Some can even tell you the whole TV program for the following week. Television is an important daily ritual for them that is more important than getting fit and staying healthy. Couch potatoes are everywhere.

Using a treadmill, especially if it is positioned in front of the TV, is the ideal solution. You can watch your favorite TV shows and exercise at the same time. If you watch television for 1 hour you have the time to work out. There are no more excuses. All you have to do is buy a treadmill and start working out daily. It is like jogging. If you can rearrange your room so that the treadmill can be placed near a window so you can feel the fresh air even better.

If you are just starting to workout you should run on the treadmill for 20 minutes. As your body gets used to the physical effort you can increase the time dedicated to exercising. Eventually you will run for 40 to 60 minutes on the treadmill. If you will jump too fast and exercise too hard from the beginning, you will get muscle soreness. Read the signs your body gives you to avoid it and if your muscles get sore you can cure muscle soreness to some degree. Physical activity is one of the main ways to treat muscle soreness so you don’t have any reason to stop working out.

I recommend working out in the morning, on an empty stomach. That way the weight loss results are even better. Exercising in the morning will jumpstart your metabolism and ensure it will start burning fats right away. If you also eat a healthy breakfast, your metabolism will get into high gear for the rest of the day. In that situation weight loss is a cinch.

Even if you use the treadmill daily I still think it is a good idea to go to the gym for 2-3 times a week. That way you will blend aerobic and anaerobic exercises for an extreme fat melting result. There are gyms that are open at every hour, all you have to do is find the perfect gym for you.

You should also change your eating habits. All the workout in the world will be almost futile if you go on a daily binge. Get more healthy eating habits, eat more raw foods, and losing weight is inevitable.
