For singer and former model Gabrielle Union, high school was nearly 20 years ago, but she still looks as fit as ever. As if her youthful face was enough, she’s turning heads for her healthy, smoking hot physique. The 5 foot 8 star credits her athleticism and simple diet plan for her fabulous figure.

"I was quite the jock in high school." She says laughingly. " I got into all kinds of sports. I especially loved basketball and soccer. And Iv’e never really eaten unhealthily. I have a sweet tooth, so I allow myself occasional treats."

"The book explains that you don’t need to deprive yourself. You just have to control the portion size." She shares. "Like you can have chocolate, but don’t finish up the whole bar."

She couples her eating plan with regular physical activity for maximum results. Gabrielle Union’s exercise regimen includes Pilates and cardio workouts including walking, hiking, running, treadmill and biking for five times a week.

"It started when I did Bad Boys II, I saw the wardrobe and I just put down the krispy kreme." She says. "I had to get real with myself, and since then, Iv’e added it to my regular routine."
