The Food Combining Diet Made Easy: healthy food combinations

Our main though should be how healthy is the food or foods we eat. The nutritional theory is that the bad absorption of food leads to tissue degeneration so food combining is the key to a perfect metabolism. It’s not enough just to give the body the necessary elements, it’s more important that they’re used by it. It’s very possible to eat right and not to get the necessary nutrients because of incompatible food interaction. This is how altered digestion appears.

There are two types of digestion :

Acidic digestion- takes place when we eat meat, fish, eggs, cheese and takes place in the stomach in the presence of hydrochloric acid and pepsin. Protein are transformed in the stomach by acidic digestion

Alkaline digestion-appears in the small bowel, in the presence of amylase, which decompose carbohydrate. Fat passes thru the stomach untouched. If there already are carbohydrates, amylase becomes inhibited by the alkaline medium created by them, thus the carbohydrates remain undigested, ferment and that’s how bad moods appear because of incomplete digestion.

For example, combining protein and carbohydrates inhibit the absorption of the main nutrients thus creating a series of insufficiencies in the body. Likewise minerals and vitamins aren’t absorbed and end up degenerating some tissues and reduce resistance and immunity. Thus infections and diseases appear. Food combinations are very important as you can see.

Simple Food Combining Diet Rules:

1.Never combine carbohydrates (bread, pasta, cereal etc) and fats(butter, ham, sour cream etc).You don’t have to get rid of them all together you just need to eat them at different times;

2.Don’t combine carbohydrates and protein (meat, pasta, eggs, etc)

3.You can combine protein with fat

4.Carbohydrates should be eaten alone in a separate meal.

In conclusion, you should eat all types of nutrients, in the combos presented beforehand, keeping in mind the diverseness and variety of foods. Practically you can eat meat, eggs, fish, cheese with fresh legumes or as salad or steamed. Fruit need to be eaten fresh, in separate meals.

Respecting these food combinations you can have a gorgeous figure without effort, be more energetic, and take advantage of what nature gave us.
