Petite actress Christina Ricci practically grew up in the limelight — her big break came when she was only 9 years old, and she’s been working ever since. "I try to eat healthy, more fruits and vegetables." She shares. "And then, I do push-ups, dips, chest presses at least 45 minutes a day."
Christina Ricci’s diet relies on a low carbohydrate diet with portion control to keep her in great shape. The low carbs diet allow her intake up to 20-60 g per day, but other than that, she has the freedom to eat what she wants of the allowed foods as long as it’s in moderation. Portion control demands an understanding of serving size and the total caloric content of that portion size.
To achieve a greater effect for her body, she couples her balanced meal with regular physical activity. Christina Ricci’s exercise routine includes jogging, Pilates and yoga to keep her arms, legs, and abdominal region well toned.
Christina recently started taking spinning classes, which burns her extra calories and keeps her muscles in shape even during the off-season.
