Disney’s High School Musical franchise has produced a star in Ashley Tisdale. The brown-eyed stunner’s rise to stardom has been nothing short of meteoric, landing music deals and TV appearances left and right. The 25 year old American born actress knows the pressures that comes with the fame, and maintains her fit physique ready for the camera.

"I love working out, it’s a great way to get rid of stress." Ashley shares."And it’s also a great way to burn calories, I’m such a bread fanatic. My trainer forces me to limit my carbs."

Ashley Tisdale’s diet is a low carbohydrate, high protein eating plan of sorts. The diet consists of 6 meals every day that supplies her with energy and maintains her fit shape. The eating plan includes fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and fish.

ashley-tisdale.jpgAshley Tisdale’s exercise routine includes a 30-minute cardio exercise plus 30 minutes strength training thrice or four times a week. She is currently taking up dance classes to increase endurance, muscle tone and coordination.

Ashley also goes to the gym for kickboxing and weight training to tone her body without bulking up too much. 

"It’s not all for weight loss, you know. It’s more about working out to feel good about yourself." Ashley says.
