"Going vegan is one of the best decisions I’ve made." She says. " My skin is more radiant, my nails are stronger, I look less puffy and I feel amazing."

Inside her self-authored book, she shares her eating plan in an effort to encourage people to eat healthy and naturally. Alicia Silverstone’s diet consists of persimmon, a few collard greens, a cup of brown rice, plus a cup of miso soup for breakfast. During lunch, she consumes ½ heirloom tomato, a cup of fresh spinach with avocado, with a bowel of lentil soup and at dinner time, she takes a bowel of lentil soup, ½ cup brown rice, beet salad, slice of whole-grain bread with pesto, and 2 peanut-butter cookies.

Alicia claims not adhering to any strict fitness plan. She strives to become active everyday by having long walks, hiking with her dogs, and gardening at home. Alicia Silverstone’s exercise regimen also includes doing yoga and bouncing on a trampoline.

Trampolining helps in strengthening muscles, boosting the lymphatic circulation and keeping weight in the ideal range.

"It’s a lot of fun." Alicia says. "Being healthy is fun."
