Full lips, clear dusky complexion and a stunning body make Rosario Dawson one of the sexiest ladies in Hollywood. Given she’s only 31 years old, it seems her sexiness, like her star value, is just going to keep climbing. The star of movies such as Alexander, Seven Pounds, and Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief is definitely one buff looking hottie, but that doesn’t mean she’s one to obsess about her weight. The actress proudly points out how she got her fit figure the tried-and-tested way.

"I’ve never been a size zero all my life. I’m like, if you want that cookie — eat that cookie!" She says with a laugh. "But I also believe that if you want to be healthy, you gotta work for it. So I did a diet change, cut back on flour and sugar and started walking the dogs."

"I took out dairy from my diet, it’s been helping me with my congestion problems." She says. "I’m a firm believer in moderation."

To maintain that terrific bod, Rosario combines her healthy dieting with a killer workout regimen. Rosario Dawson’s exercise routine includes spinning classes and yoga. Spinning is one of the star’s favorites, because one session burns approximately 400 to 600 calories and also helps in toning up the thighs and calves.

Rosario has been doing yoga for several years now, and she is a fan of it’s many benefits, which include progressive deep relaxation to relax the mind, strengthening the muscles and enhances the body’s flexibility.
