Mexican star Salma Hayek made a name for herself in Tinseltown starring in hit movies such as Desperado, Fools Rush In and Once Upon a Time in Mexico. From her jet-black hair, tantalizing eyes, exotic Lebanese-Mexican features and curvaceous figure, she’s hotter than the sun on a blazing day in South Beach.
"I’m not perfect, I mean, I do have thighs and a butt, but I also have cellulite. I fight it every day." She shares. "That inspires me to think about what I put in my body.
Salma Hayek’s diet follows a balanced eating plan with portion control. Individuals who follow portion control eat whatever they like, meaning no food restrictions, as long as the servings are kept in small amounts. This diet eliminates the feeling of deprivation in it’s clients.
"I also do cleanses. Like If I eat rich foods today, tomorrow I’ll do a cleanse. It’s like my reset button." She says.
For Salma Hayek’s exercise routine, she spends time int he gym doing push-ups, bench presses, plus dumbbell lifts to focus on her pectoral muscles. She also does squats, dead lifts, and lunges to tone and tighten the butt muscles.
Salma, a former gymnast, maintained her well-toned arms, legs and stomach. Today, she participates in a training program with emphasis on resistance training and flexibility improvement..
