Argentine beauty Mía Maestro has appeared in a number of critically acclaimed indie films, and has had countless men tune in to Alias just to watch her play the role of rouge agent Nadia Santos. Not only is this 5 foot 3, 32 year old star blessed with a beautiful face, she also owns one of Hollywood’s fiittest bodies, thanks to her healthy exercise and eating habits.

Mia-Maestro.jpgMia Maestro’s diet consists of well-balanced, portion controlled meals. Portion control allows her no food restrictions, as long as she watches what she eats and keeps her serving sizes small. This is not a problem for Mia, who claims to be a healthy eater.

"I’m a fairly healthy eater." She says, smiling. "I don’t eat junk food, I do allow myself the ocassional chocolate cake, but only in moderation."

For Mia Maestro’s exercise routine, she hits the gym to do her workouts and keeps it varied always as a means to motivate her. She likes cardio exercises through using the treadmill or the elliptical trainer.

Both are forms of cardio exercises considered to burn as much as 300 to 600 calories per workout. Cardio exercises are said to be very effective in weight maintenance and weight loss as it speeds up the metabolic process and burns a lot of calories.

“I go to the gym, a lot. I change a lot ’cause I get bored. I swim; I do trapeze. I did a play in New York this summer and I did a little bit of trapeze in it, and I fell in love with it. I have a teacher. We hang out on the trapeze,” Mia claims.

Mia Maestro’s exercise also includes dancing. Dancing is a great way to stay in shape and lose weight. With the blend of movements involved, it helps in stretching, toning up the body while burning calories similar to cardio exercises.
