Jennifer-Hawkins.jpgWhen asked about one healthy way to drop her size quickly, Jennifer answers, “Quickly, as in a few weeks? Just cut out all starchy foods and ramp up the exercise — it really works. I try to avoid any processed foods and white food in my normal diet, but cut it out completely when I’m getting ready for a swimwear shoot. The white food ban isn’t a strict rule because life gets pretty boring when you make too many rules, but it’s a great one to keep in mind.”

Jennifer Hawkins’ diet involves avoiding eating any processed foods and white food as well. She likewise drinks a lot of water to keep her hydrated especially when she’s trying to lose weight for an important event or occasion like a wedding or wearing a bikini. Jennifer also shares that she avoids drinking milky cappuccinos and rather drinks macchiatos.

Jennifer Hawkins’ diet plan on a typical day includes the following meals:

  • Breakfast: Two slices of rye bread plus one banana
  • Snack: Banana
  • Lunch: Tuna salad. Handful of cashew nuts.

‘I love fruit, nuts and yogurt,’ she shares. ‘Food has to be exciting. When you’re on a weight loss diet plan that deprives you of the things you love, it makes you crave things more.’

  • Dinner: Grilled chicken breast and char-grilled vegetables. Low-fat yogurt.

For Jennifer Hawkins’ exercise routine, she does a lot of cardio exercises through playing her favorite sports.

“I love exercise. It’s my favorite part of the day,” she claims.

But during her weekly routine, she tries to give off some time to rest like every three days or so which she considers is important. Jennifer Hawkins’ exercise routine is done 4 to 5 times a week which she starts by having a 20-minute walk then followed by yoga plus Pilates exercises.

“Everyone gets a glow when they do exercise – it’s pretty much a cliché those things but I know when I exercise I feel better, I feel more confident,” Jennifer shares.
