Singer-songwriter Charlotte Church remains as sexy as ever, even after giving birth to two kids. The 24 year old, green eyed songstress is the angelic voice behind chart toppers "Crazy Chick", “Even God Can’t Change the Past", "Call My Name", and "Moodswings (to Come at Me like That)". She may have taken a brief hatus from the spotlight to focus on her family, but now that she’s back on screen, she looks a lot more stunning, coming from size 14 to a svelte size 8.

Charlotte Church’s diet involves ditching out carbohydrate rich foods like pasta and bread and savouring more on high protein diet that means eating omelettes or fish, with lots of green vegetables and salad.

Whether a person wants to gain or lose weight, increase the size of their muscles, lose fat fast, maintain their lean figure and the like, the high protein diet can be helpful to the person.   • Breakfast: Steak and egg, either boiled or scrambled together with one cup of tea or coffee without milk
  • Lunch: Pita pocket loaded with tuna salad plus almonds (smaller serving size)
  • Dinner: Cauliflower and broccoli mixture with broiled salmon plus a glass of seltzer water

For Charlotte Church’s exercise routine, her exercise program was made by her husband Gavin Henson. Her routine involves working out for 5 days in a week that involves a lot of cardio exercises.

This includes running up and down using incline exercise equipment with her husband at the side. Furthermore, swimming has been part of her recent routine together with doing long walks with members of her family. Charlotte Church’s exercise routine also includes stretching exercises.
