Why You Should Exercise More If You Want to Lose Weight Faster

Being a chronic couch potato is one of the main reasons for getting fat. It is related to the wave of fatness and depression that is spreading around the world. If you want to have a sexy slender figure and to be in shape you have to lose your lazy way of living. You have to exercise at every possibility you get. Move as much as possible. This goes double if you have a desk guarding job.

Movement reduces the level of the hormones that favors the packing of fat and helps keep your metabolism in balance and in a high fat burning mode. You should exercise in the morning. The morning is the best time to exercise. You will feel better all day long and your metabolism gets speed up.

You have to agree that toned muscles look much more sexy than flabby muscles. That is why you should tone your muscles lifting weight 3 times per week for 5-10 minutes. That’s not that much time to invest considering the ROI. Looking sexy is something everybody should strive for.

Try to do only physical activities you enjoy. If you enjoy walking and long stroll do that. You could even try jogging when you feel in the mood for a more effective workout. You can walk or run in the safety of your home on a treadmill.

Whatever you do just be more active. Park your car further from your office or the supermarket. Take the stairs not the elevator. Even if you are on a weight loss diet don’t avoid exercising. Diet and exercise at the same time. I know it is a crazy suggestion but you could give it a try and see what happens.

Do aerobic exercises and weight lifting exercises. Switch between the two. Try to increase the difficulty of the exercises from week to week. You should also increase the intensity of the exercises while you do them.

Don’t let any evening pass without exercising just a little bit. Just a couple minutes of exercising will do wonders.

Don’t spread your exercising times too fat apart. Create a workout schedule for you and stick to it. To avoid boredom what you could do is switch the type of workout you do from one week to another. Mix them up and have fun. Jog this week and walk the next one for example.
