Health & Motivation

I take care of myself, I use the latest cosmetics and skin products and all of them. I have a loaded, dehydrated and aging skin. That is what most of women say. Most of us complain about it when we take into account only external factors and local skin care.

They say the health of a person is recognizable by the appearance of their skin. It should be remembered that the skin is an excretory organ with the colon, kidneys and lungs. The appearance of the skin may be influenced by a variety of factors, from the genetic level to the level of pollution, hormonal changes or stress.

Basically, a beautiful and healthy skin can be obtained through permanent local care but especially by keeping the other organs responsible for the excretion of toxins in perfect running conditions.

Thus, for a good functioning of the colon you should primarily prevent constipation. How? Through a sufficient intake of dietary fiber you can regulate bowel movements and accelerate the disposal process of the body. These fibers are found in: fresh fruits (consumed without associating them with other food groups), green vegetables, sprouted grains and whole grains.

Attention! If you consume enough fiber, but insufficient water, you only worsen the constipation! Also fresh fruits and vegetables contain antioxidants that retard the aging process. The way we combine food is essential for the prevention of constipation. Proteins and complex carbohydrates should be consumed at different meals to prevent intestinal fermentation. The amount of unhealthy fats in the diet (butter, cream, margarine, fried foods) should be eliminated, and healthy fats will be consumed in moderation in the form of nuts, seeds, fish and olive oil.

The kidneys will be maintained in good running conditions with an adequate consumption of fresh or filtered water (at least 1 oz of water/2 lb body/ day) to hydrate the body and eliminate toxins. In the morning it is recommended to drink a glass of hot water and lemon to cleanse mucus created during the night. Excessive coffee and alcohol consumption leads, in fact, to the removal of body fluids and dehydration. Kitchen salt consumed in excess affects the appearance of skin, making it soft and congested.

Breathing deep and right helps the lungs function normally. In addition, oxygen acts as a powerful detoxifier. By shallow breathing, the brain, the adrenal and pituitary glands, the kidneys, the spleen and liver will suffer. Last but not least, quit smoking because nicotine prevents nutrient uptake in the body and it poisons blood.

Locally, a skin care moisturizer is recommended, and a few times a week you can apply natural honey on the face (or any other portion of the skin) for 30 minutes, after that the skin remains soft and fresh.

Healthy skin can be spotted form a mile and it looks awesome. You should get some and experience the wonder of having great healthy skin that looks awesome.
