Nicole Kidman conveys elegance and confidence unmatched in Hollywood. The 5 foot 11 Australian actress and fashion model always looks good in whatever she wears, and carries herself royally in every way. Even after giving birth to a daughter last 2008, the critically acclaimed actress has maintained her ultra-flat tummy, giving many women everywhere turn green with envy.

"It’s not like I woke up and I was slim again." Nicole says. "Of course I had to work hard for the weight to drop off. I’ve been exercising regularly and making the right food choices."

This eating plan focuses on consuming only organically grown plant-based food, in the belief that organic food cleanses the body and allows it to heal by itself. This diet also calls for the avoidance of any product that contains artificial sweeteners and other additives which are not naturally occurring substances.

“I try to eat well, only organic food. Salads, fish, and sometimes pasta. I’m not friends with high fat. ” She says. "I’m trying to be thoughtful to what my body really needs."

For Nicole Kidman’s exercise routine, she usually runs outdoors for about 7 miles during the weekdays, and on weekends, 10 to 12 miles. She also swims daily, plays tennis, does Yoga and enjoys horseback riding, which was something she learned from the filming of her 2008 movie with Hugh Jackman, Australia.

“It was much more difficult to what I thought at first, you need a good muscled back." She says. "But when you get the hang of it, you won’t want to stop, it’s addicting."
