Canadian beauty Linda Evangelista is a staple in the modeling industry. She’s one of the original supermodels in the 90s, and at 5 foot 9 and now 45 years old, she still possesses the same youthful good looks and fabulous figure she had when she first started ruling the runway. Here, the star dishes on her tips to maintaining her luminous glow and modelesque physique through the years.

"I don’t diet, I just don’t eat as much as I’d like to." She says. "It’s portion control, eating in moderation, and working out regularly."

Her workout program includes a lot of squats, lunges, and light weights, with high repetitions. Linda Evangelista’s exercise routine usually lasts for 90 minutes and should be done daily. 

"I don’t think anyone should try to halt aging, you should at least just try to age gracefully." She says. "You can do that by living healthily."
