She’s one of the original supermodels in the 90s, and at 5 foot 9 and now 45 years old, she still possesses the same youthful good looks and fabulous figure she had when she first started ruling the runway. Here, the star dishes on her tips to maintaining her luminous glow and modelesque physique through the years.

"I don’t diet, I just don’t eat as much as I’d like to." She says. "It’s portion control, eating in moderation, and working out regularly."

"I don’t think anyone should try to halt aging, you should at least just try to age gracefully." She says. "You can do that by living healthily."
