Brooke Hogan’s Diet and Exercise Routine: The Face and the Figure

She was first known as the daughter of wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, but 5 foot 10 stunner Brooke Hogan has carved a niche of her own with her striking presence, musical career, blonde gorgeousness and bikini-worthy body. She is the star of her own reality series entitled "Brooke Knows Best", a spin-off of the immensely popular reality series revolving around her family, “Hogan Knows Best”. With so many roles to juggle, Brooke happily shares the diet and exercise routine which has kept her body in tiptop shape even with all the stress of her Hollywood life.

Brooke-Hogan.jpg“I eat whenever my body tells me I need something,” explains Brooke, 22, “but I try not to eat too late at night. If I do, no carbs.”

Brooke Hogan’s diet involves eating foods and meals which she refers to as "super clean, all organic food" and "very healthy".

Throughout the day, she also eats small meals as well as snacks like almonds, walnuts, grapes, fruit, salad, and her favorite tuna with low-fat mayo.

Some of her most favourite foods are LaraBar energy bar, organic mac and cheese. She also likes adding juice to the fruit and loves eating vanilla crackers that are obviously low in carbohydrate, calories and fat content.

Furthermore, Brooke Hogan’s diet doesn’t allow her to eat much during late at night. But when she can’t help it wherein she needs to eat something or to satisfy her cravings, she consumes foods that are low in carbohydrates.

For Brooke Hogan’s exercise routine, she does intense routines with her father and works out 6 days in a week every morning. Her routine includes 30 minutes of cardio exercises, with one hour of weight lifting. She also completes lots of crunches that helped her a lot in achieving hard rock abs.

Brooke also shares, "Sometimes I want to be a thin model. But I’m happy with my body – I think every girl looks at herself and wishes something else. I know I have a beautiful body.”
