Finding the right intensity can be tricky at first, but it’s pretty easy to know if you’re not working hard enough. I mean, if you’re not breaking a sweat with your routine, then maybe you should kick it up another notch.

Workout mistake #5: Not hydrating yourself

Water is one of the most important catalysts for fast weight loss, and is the medium in which all energy reactions take place. You need to drink water before, during and after a workout for health, stamina, fuel and building muscle.

When you don’t hydrate yourself enough, you risk diminishing gym performance, resulting in decreased strength, endurance and speed while increasing your risk of potential cramping and injuries.
