Dominican beauty Zoe Saldana is one femme fatale who gained prominence for playing  feisty Anamaria in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, stunning Uhura in the 2009 film Star Trek, and elegant Neytiri in James Cameron’s Avatar. The sexy extra terrestrial and trekker star is one of the promising stars in her generation because of her beauty, acting skills, and well toned figure any woman would want. The 5 foot 7 tall star just exudes pure sexiness all over, and here, the 32 year old actress shares the diet and exercise secret that has kept her in fabulous shape for years.

Zoe Saldana’s diet involves eating healthy meals and sometimes rewarding herself with her favorite treats. She doesn’t feel guilty about it because it is a form of treat for her for adhering to a healthy diet plan.

Whenever she eats unhealthy meals like fast food today, the following day she copes up through eating a healthily.

“I never want to deprive myself of food just because I want to lose weight,” Zoe Saldana says.

For Zoe Saldana’s exercise routine, she does cardio exercise programs in the form of ballet which she has been doing for years. Her routine, most of the time, involves working out with a personal trainer.

Zoe claims, “If I didn’t have a fitness trainer to push me in my fitness training exercise program, I’d go walk for about 15 minutes instead. This is also a good cardio exercise for me.”

Zoe Saldana’s exercise routine also includes Pilates thrice a week.

“It’s the closest thing to dance so it’s no wonder I’m drawn to Pilates exercise,” Zoe shares.

This helps tone up the different muscles of her body, increasing its flexibility together with relaxing both her mind and body.
