Health & Motivation

Every one of us is responsible for themselves and the life we live. The good and the bad are yours and you have to handle them. Every thought that you have today shaper your future. Every work you utter creates an experience.

We are the sole responsible for where we are in our lives. But many forget that and blame others or the exterior circumstances for their troubles. Everything you think about life and yourself has the magical property of becoming true.

There are an infinite number of ways of thinking and you have the power to choose. When someone thinks that he is destined to be fat forever, lonely and sick he creates the foundation on which that dark future is build. If he chooses to change its thought to something more optimistic like: I am healthy and I am going to have a normal weight for my body and age, I have more and more good friends as time passes. The optimistic thought will become truth in time because you will be motivated to take the roads that lead to it and make only good choices.

Many of us have preconceived ideas about who we are and what type of life we should live. A whole set of rules is constantly controlling our lives. The worst part is that more often than not those rules were not made by us but they were imposed by society and all your acquaintances. If you have grown up between unhappy, scared, mad, people you get a view of the world that won’t be helpful in the long run. You will form a negative imagine of yourself that will haunt and destroy your future.

What you are today is the direct result of all your past thought and ideas. The best way to make sure you get a brilliant future is to change your thoughts about it and about yourself. Keep a notepad with you at all times and jot down all the thoughts that pass through your mind all day long. You will be surprised by what you will find out.

At first you will have to make a conscious effort to start new thought and ideas going on into your head. But the results are worth the effort. I know that because I have experienced the effects of changing your thoughts and beliefs about myself. All I can say is that the change was miraculous and that you should benefit from it too. Then weight loss will come naturally and easy. Others will think it is a miracle but you will know the truth: all you did is change your imagine of yourself.
