Whitney Port’s Diet and Exercise Routine: Beautiful, Fresh and Healthy

The Hills Star and Teen Vogue Intern Whitney Port isn’t only bestfriends with cutie Lauren Conrad, she’s also among the most sought-after teen celebrities today. She’s not only envied by her beautiful face but also here trim, svelte figure. Now 26, the 5 foot 10 tall beauty has maintained her athletic physique with the diet and exercise routine she has been practicing for several years now.

Whitney-Port.jpg“I don’t have the biggest sweet tooth, so it’s not that big of a problem,” she claims. “My junk food issue is savory stuff, like French fries and pizza. I love gummy bears, and I’m a sucker for frozen yogurt, so I’ll go for that, but that’s not that bad.”

Whitney Port’s diet is free of carbohydrates, sugar and any kind of fried foods.

She also shares that her biggest vice is eating bread, “Bread and butter is my favorite food. I could eat that all day long, and if someone puts it in front of me, it’s always very hard to say no to it. That’s the biggest challenge.”

Whitney also shares that she eats slowly so that she can feel the satisfaction limit a lot easier.

“Sometimes I’ll eat so fast, I won’t even realize how much I’m eating. The key is to eat slow, and make sure you’re not eating past your satisfaction limit,” she claims.

On the other hand, Whitney Port’s exercise routine includes working out together with Lauren Conrad and celebrity trainer Jarett Del Bene. To keep her in shape, she does long walks plus bike rides. “I’m satisfied with my body. I feel healthy and strong” she shares.

Once she is at the gym, Whitney Port’s exercise involves strength training plus circuit training. She even admits that she rarely takes a cab and does roundtrip walk to the gym with a total of 50 minutes.

Whitney also shares, “I tried Pilates for the first time about two months ago.” “I liked it. I used to dance in high school, so I felt like it felt very natural for my body. Other than that, I try to walk on the treadmill, walk outside, and do weight training.”
