Just because you are doing the exercises in water doesn’t mean that you should skip warming up. Before getting into the water do some light stretching. After that continue the warm up into the water. Always before and after doing any type of workout you have to do some stretching exercises. In water the exercises are much easier to do even if they are more intense and require more effort than aerobics or weight lifting. Every move you do in water has to overcome the water resistance that is 10 times greater than that of air. Thus you will have to work 10 times harder to execute even the most minuscule movement. But in spite of this in water you get relaxed. Water fitness is fun and your body gets a good water massage too. The water massage will eliminate the surplus inches from your waistline and it will also help you get rid of cellulite too.

To do water fitness the water from the pool has to be at your chest level. The water fitness instructor can use during the class different light objects to help you do the water exercises.
