She took the world by storm as Posh Spice and is the undisputed sexiest member of the biggest girl group of all time in music history — The Spice Girls. Posh is now Victoria Beckham, wife to soccer star David Beckham, and mom to three kids, but after all these years, she’s as stunning as ever, commanding attention wherever she goes and lights up any red carpet event she’s seen in. She may seem impossibly slim, but as Victoria herself says, this is all because of her healthy eating and exercise habits.

"I eat really healthy. I love Japanese food, lots of fish, any sort of fish, any sort of vegetable, lots of fruit, that kind of thing." She shares. "I’m controlled about what I eat, I’m very disciplined that way."

victoria-beckham.jpgVictoria has been following a portion controlled, low calorie diet for several years now. Victoria Beckham’s diet is based on replacing foods high in digestible carbohydrates with foods containing a higher percentage of proteins and healthy fats.

A person following this diet takes note of their daily caloric intake making sure they don’t go beyond it.

For Victoria Beckham’s exercise routine, she does approximately 200 sit-ups a day to keep her body fit and to maintain her oh-so-taut stomach. She also attends a stretching class to work all the muscles in her body and condition it to take more extreme pressure. Victoria also does Pilates to strengthen and enhance her muscles.
