-Day 1: you have to drink a minimum of 8 cups of water or tea. You are not allowed to drink any juice.
-Day 2: you eat boiled rice with vegetables. No salt, oil or anything else.
-Day 3: spaghetti with tomato sauce. Just that.
-Day 4: maximum 4 pounds of apples (not the sweet kind).
-Day 5: boiled vegetables, no potatoes.
-Day 6: maximum 1 pound of boiled potatoes. No salt, oil, yogurt or anything else.
-Day 7: one boiled chicken breast.

This is the diet. As you can see it isn’t an easy diet but it gets the job done. You can lose 10 pounds in 1 week if needed.

I don’t really recommend you try this diet unless you just have to do it. A warning: if you have been dieting lately or if you have been on another really strict diet don’t go on this diet too. It will destroy your metabolism. All you will achieve is get fatter in the long run.
