Trick Your Hunger to Lose Weight Easier

Did you ever use small tricks to trick your hunger. If you don’t know what quick fixes to use to avoid those extra pounds here are some simple ideas. Hope they will help you lose weight or maintain your weight more easily.

If you drink a glass of wine while cooking you won’t feel as hungry when you sit down at the table. And the cooking experience is more pleasant too. Clearly this is a win-win situation.

When you go out to eat make half the food you have just ordered uneatable. For example you can put some super hot sauce or lots of salt on half the food you order. That way even if you are tempted to eat it you won’t be able to. Of course if you are really hungry and you need all the food to quench your natural hunger don’t use this weight loss trick.

Eat half a grapefruit before each meal and you won’t overeat eve again. You will also have a fabulous and hydrated skin. Plus you will get a lot of vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant.

Wash your teeth just after supper. That way you will enjoy healthy teeth and you won’t be tempted to snack before going to sleep.

Try to avoid eating after 6pm. Use this trick: everything you want to eat save it for tomorrow. Many weight loss gurus say that you burn lots of calories during the day but not during the night, especially when you are sleeping. To avoid getting fat avoid eating after 6pm.

When you REALLY REALLY need to lose some weight fast you could try eating for 3 days only apples. You can eat as many apples as you want. You will lose weight and detox your body at the same time. The downside of this crash diet is that it requires lots of willpower, especially towards the end. Also avoid binging when the diet is over.

If you feel the desire to eat between meals drink 1-2 cups of teas that is just a little sweet. After 2 cups you won’t feel the desire to eat anymore.
