If you want to lose weight and keep it off you should follow the advice shared to you in the following weight loss tips:

• Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Water is a natural appetite inhibitor;
• Give up processed and refined foods. Note: Nettle tea is very good for weight loss, because it helps your metabolism and has diuretic properties;
• Avoid margarine, fat milk, cheese and dairy products from cow milk. These foods are difficult to digest. You can choose instead grain milk;
• Avoid sugar – it slows down the metabolism;
• Eliminate wheat (especially bread), because it contains a large amount of gluten and many people are intolerant to the substance;
• Eat good fats and eliminate unhealthy ones. Healthy fats are found in avocados, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, fish, nuts and vegetables. Do not avoid these foods. Their high fat content will enhance good metabolism so that you will manage to lower your weight and you will keep in shape. Saturated fats are unhealthy and are found in red meat and butter. They are very difficult to digest; they block arteries and cause various diseases and weight problems;
• Do not skip meals and always have breakfast. In the morning, your stomach and spleen are in their best shape. In addition, you have all day to burn the calories from breakfast. If you want to intensify your metabolism, you must eat in the morning. If you do not eat, your brain receives a signal, interpreted as a lack of food. At that moment, stress hormones are released in the body. Muscle tissue is abandoned in order to reduce the body’s need to receive food. If you eat later, your body will release more insulin to produce more fat in the idea it does not receive enough food;
• Exclude the diets that are popular. These types of diets slow down the functioning of metabolic enzymes in the body. Fat cells will swell; they will become toxic and will be disposed in the tissues. Your muscle tone will decrease and you will become depressed;
• Exercise and burn fat. Exercise increases the metabolic rate so calories are eliminated faster. To begin, simply choose walking – it is an excellent way to "incite" fat;
• Put your metabolism into function. The first thing to do in the morning: drink a glass of warm water with a little lemon juice;
• Eliminate alcohol. It will weaken the liver, the main organ in fat metabolism. Beer and wine are equally full of sugar and alcohol will stimulate hunger;
• Take nutritional supplements. All overweight people register key nutrient deficiencies. Also, there are nutritional supplements that help burn fat and increase metabolism.
