Spring is the perfect time to regain your vitality, lose weight and do a general detox after winter. Strengthen your body by picking up a sport, take care of your skin and forget all the nonsense about how good you look. In time you will get there. All that matters is to keep walking.

The stress, pollution, binging and potato couching daily makes the toxins level in our bodies rise slowly but surely. Spring is the best season to get in shape, especially when taking in consideration that summer is just around the corner. Here are some cool ideas to implement and make you feel great.

One month to lose weight and detox your body

Feeling out of shape, extra pounds, slow digestion and a bad looking skin are all SOS signs form your body to you. It is the sign of an overload with toxic substances of all your organs, especially the ones that contribute to the detoxification of your body. You have to change your eating habits and eliminate the wastes from your body. That way you will rediscover your vitality and fitness.

Purify your body by:

Eating more fruits and vegetables rich in fibers. Eat fresh and season specific fruits. Being low in calories but rich in fibers fruits and vegetables help the bowl movements and reduce the appetite. You should consume a fruit after every meal and raw vegetables 1-2 times a day, and boiled or cooked vegetables for lunch and dinner.

Discovering the virtues of green tea. Green tea is rich in antioxidants, vitamins C and E, and it is renowned for its tonic effect, diuretic, detoxing and fat burning. Also green tea plays a significant role in slowing down the aging process, in preventing cardio-vascular accidents and strengthening the immune system. Drink 3 to 6 cups of green tea every day sweetened with honey.

Incorporating garlic in your cooking. I know it makes your breath smell but it is really good for your health. Garlic is extremely rich in nutrients, being benefic even in small quantities. It is a plentiful source of vitamin C and B6, iron, magnesium, sulfur and calcium. Also garlic diminishes the cholesterol level, protects the cardio-vascular system and strengthens the immunity system. Garlic reduces the aging process of cells and plays a central role in preventing certain types of cancer. Get used adding to every meal a little garlic.

Eating fresh food as much as possible. Forget for a while about frozen dinners and fast food. All these quick shortcuts in the kitchen contain chemicals that make the food taste and look better and keep for longer times. All those chemicals make the livers job even more exhausting. Also all those fast foods contain more salt and fat then the regular food prepared in home. Make yourself more crunchy salads by adding sesame, pine or poppy seeds. Season them with yogurt sauce: 3 spoons of yougurt, one spoon of lemon juice, ½ spoon of olive oil, salt and pepper.

Drinking water from night till day. Water is vital for maintaining your figure, draining the tissues, eliminating the fat acids and toxins by means of urine. Drink daily 50 ounces of water in the morning on an empty stomach. That way you will ensure a good drainage of the whole body, even after bigger meals. You can drink the water even as tea, like green tea.
