Here is a short list of the foods you should eat and those you should avoid. Getting more health you have to change your lifestyle and eating habits. You cannot continue eating the same unhealthy food and expect to get healthy and lose weight just by taking a magic pill.

Persona change is a must and you can start with choosing the right food to eat. Eat more healthy food and you will become more healthy over time. Don’t expect miraculous results today but soon enough you will start noticing the difference. Then you will never go back to you old unhealthy lifestyle. All you have to do is make it until you get the first results.

Vegetables: I am sure that you have heard for 1000 times that vegetables are good, healthy, full of vitamins and that they have miraculous healing effects on your body. Well this is 1001: you must eat vegetables daily. Junk Food: is full of salt, food additives and don’t contain too many nutritious substances. You should really avoid junk food at every time you can.
Virgin Olive Oil: is full of organic acids, vitamins and minerals. Olive oil can replace with success form a nutritious standpoint animal fats and butter. It is especially useful for a balanced diet. Animal Fats: you can feel your stomach not being that happy after a meal full of meat. Animal fat is full of cholesterol and this can create all sorts of health problems as you grow older. Of course if you eat meats with moderation they can be very healthy. Moderation is the key. Overindulging in meaty treats is the bad thing.
Orange Juice: nourishing and healthy, you can drink it instead of coffee. Orange juice has an energizing effect. Always drink freshly squeezed orange juice. You can also drink grapefruit juice, which is great in a weight loss diet. Drink the grapefruit juice after the meals and before going to bed. Sodas: full of sugar and fattening, they can make you feel bloated. But they sure are good with some fast food.
Black Chocolate: is the only type of chocolate that is admitted in a balanced diet. If you don’t like the taste you will have to get used to it and learn to like it. When you feel the chocolate craving reach for a dark chocolate bar. Creamy Chocolate: chocolates full of all kind of creams and filling aren’t good for your health. The fruit ones are as bad as the rest so don’t get drawn into the mirage. All of them have lots of sugar and food additives.
