Britney Spears is a known fast food fan. But when you look at her I bet you the last think you will think about is that she eats fast food. This makes me wonder how does she do it. She must have a secret for her amazing body. If you take into consideration that she also had 2 children, you risk bursting with curiosity.

The first thing you must know about Britney Spears is that she has been dancing since she was very young. This helped her create a body packed with lean muscles which burn lots of fat. This makes her less likely to gain weight. Even if she eats fast food from time to time.

But relying on her past dancing workouts isn’t the only secret to Britney Spears amazing body. She keeps working out even now. According to the sources Britney Spears exercises 5 times a week, doing a combination of cardio and strength training exercises. This helps her keep her body fit.

To get back in shape after her first pregnancy Britney Spears did lots and lots of Tae Bo. She also runs on the treadmill. And since she used to dance a lot on stage, she still does it to keep herself in shape.

When it comes to the Britney Spears diet, the best source of information is herself. In a interview she did with Ok Magazine, Britney said "I have no sugar. I don’t eat fruit of even fruit juice because of the sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I’ll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for launch. I try to do just 1,200 caloires a day…. It may sound like it’s not much, but it’s actually a lot of food if you eat the right things."

She is mostly right in my opinion. I am sad to see the fruits get such a bad rep. The truth is that the sugars found in fruits are assimilated slower than refined sugars by your body. This makes them a great source of energy during the day. That is why fruits are great weight loss snacks. They also contain fibers which make you feel full for longer periods of time.

The idea of eating the right things is very sound and should be followed by everybody. Healthy food is the key for a healthy body and fast weight loss.
