The Anti Stress Diet Plan: what to eat to get rid of stress

Here is a simple anti stress diet plan that you can use to get rid of stress:

For an anti stress breakfast eat

  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • 1 slice of bread without butter
  • 120 ml skimmed milk

For an anti stress lunch you can eat:

  • 30 g of grilled chicken breast
  • a few slices of zucchini breaded
  • 1 cup of herbal tea

For an anti stress afternoon snack you can have:

  • ice cream
  • 8 ounces of chopped nuts

For an anti stress dinner eat:

  • 1 large pizza with everything and extra cheese
  • 2 slices of toast with garlic butter and more
  • 1 glass of beer
  • 3 candies
  • healthy cheese pies

Those are the main foods included in the anti stress diet plan. All you have to do is eat them to get rid of stress and enjoy life more. While you are stressed be careful what you eat because you can gain weight pretty fast if you are not careful. Stress weight gain is very possible so be very careful what and how much you eat.

Other things you should eat to get rid of stress:
1. Diet drinks help remove fat from very fatty foods.
2. The snacks you have during a movie, a walk in the park or a night out with friends do not help you get rid of stress because they are part of that fun time of day. There is a clear separation in your mind.
3. You can eat cookies that contain just a few calories.
4. Take off as much as you can from the place, people that stress you and enjoy your meal.
