Her lean 5 foot 4 frame has graced the movie screens in flicks such as The Hitcher, John Tucker Must Die and The Narrows, and her fit physique has earned her approving nods from the movie-going public. Here, the 28 year old stunner readily shares her tips for keeping her luscious bod.

Sophia Bush’s diet adheres with the 5 factor diet plan that was created by Hollywood trainer Harley Pastenak. As the name of the diet implies, it depends on the combination of five specifically 5 meals per day, with 5 ingredients needed per meal, plus getting the results in just 5 weeks time.

“I love food, you know, my family is Italian. I can’t get enough of it. I love bread and cheese and pasta and good wine and all of it really. But I try to eat something green once a day,” Sophia states.

Sophia Bush’s diet isn’t only effective in losing weight but in feeling less hungry too throughout the entire day. "I love to box. I once took a kickboxing class in college and got totally hooked. One of the things Jason and I do is heavy-bag training. He puts on the padded gloves, and we do combinations. It’s a good thing as a woman to feel powerful and boxing is a great way to work out all your aggression” she shares.
