6 Simple Abs Workout Exercises for Killer Looking Abs

Get Killer looking abs by doing some simple abs workout exercises. All you have to do is do them to get the much deisred six pack abs.

1. Lie back on a flat surface. Move your legs like you were pedaling a bicycle(for 5 minutes). Repeat 3 times.

2.Lie back and lift your feet so that they’re vertical towards the floor. Lift your thighs, keeping the position for 10-15 seconds. Do 5 sets of 15 repeats each.

3.Lie back and hold your hand behind your head. Lift your upper body towards your knees in a single motion(don’t snap).Stay like this 2 seconds then return to your initial position. Do 5 sets of 15 repeats each.


4. Lie back and hold your hand behind your head . Contract your abdomen and stay like this for 2 seconds. Relax and then repeat the motion 15 times (do 5 sets)

5.Lie back and hold your hand behind your head. Put a chair in front of you and position you feet on it so that you for a 90 degree angle. Lift your back off the floor and contract you abdomen.

6.If you have problems after giving birth, you should contract and relax you abdominal muscles and the pelvic muscles. You will strengthen your muscles this way. Tense your abs as hard as you can and keep it like that for 10 seconds, and then relax. You can do this while standing, sitting or lying in bed.
