One look at her and her face is permanently embedded in our minds. She’s that breathtaking, because of her clasically pretty features and hot body. Here, the 42 year old stunner shares her tips for maintaining her physique as healthy and vibrant as ever.

Rachel Hunter’s diet is the well-known vegetarian diet that prohibits meat consumption although it allows the intake of cheeses and dairy products.

Most of the time, the moral issues of the person is one of the greatest reasons why they adhere to such diet.

This is aside from the fact that vegetarian diet comes with a lot of health benefits including burn off extra calories, lowering down of cholesterol levels, plus prevention of arterial clogs.

Furthermore, Rachel Hunter’s diet also includes the Slim-Fast diet, originally similar to the liquid diet. However, it has evolved and now considered an all-encompassing meal replacement diet which is increasingly popular now-a-days not only to celebrities but ordinary individuals as well.

For Rachel Hunter’s exercise routine, she down cardio kickboxing workout videos played on VHS. Kick-boxing blends in boxing together with martial arts which gives a lot of aerobic benefits. At the same time, it burns a lot of calories and builds and strengthens muscles as well. It approximately burns as much as 300 to 1,500 calories per hour fit for weight loss or weight maintenance purposes.

Rachel Hunter’s exercise also includes doing spinning classes for 30 to 60 minutes that actually burns two times more calories that other cardio exercises. She also attends Pilates classes that stretches the muscles from the different parts of her body and at the same time helps them tone up quick as well.
