Socialite and hotel heiress Paris Hilton causes a stir wherever she goes. The 29 year old media personality and model gained popularity from well-publicized tiffs with fellow stars, run-ins with the law, starring in sex tapes, launching an album, doing a reality TV show and playing movie roles for flicks such as 2005’s House of Wax. But love her or hate her, there’s no denying that Paris possesses one smokin’ hot body.

“I’m naturally thin, but I also don’t fully indulge in fast food and junk food.” She says. “I have no diet secret, just sensible eating.”
Paris Hilton’s diet consists of well-balanced meals while following portion control. This allows her no food restrictions, as long as she controls her portion sizes small.

“I love to eat McDonald’s and Taco Bell” She states. “But I only take a few bites, I also hate the taste of alcohol. When I’m drinking, I’d much rather choose Red Bull.”

Paris Hilton’s exercise routine was developed by Personal Trainer Teddy Bass, and involves aerobic exercises two times a week mixed with light cardio and resistance training.

When she’s not in the gym, Paris also enjoys biking, surfing and Pilates, to tone the body without bulking up.
