The 5 foot 9, 37 year old hunk has always been athletic, and this has given him the chiseled features of a male model. Here, he shares his tips for achieving that ultra-ripped body. Hence, Nick Lachey’s diet allows to eat of meats, cheeses, fats, and some green leafy vegetables while avoiding the consumption of sugar, white flour, and starchy vegetables.

Individuals who adhere to this diet claim that they can lose weight or maintain their weight at the ideal range through limiting their carbohydrate intake.
