Beautiful blonde bombshell Natasha Henstridge became a household name after starring in several memorable flicks such as Species, The Whole Nine Yards, It Had To Be You, and the TV mini-series Would Be Kings wherein she garnered the Gemini Award for best actress. This 5 feet 10 inch model and actress always looks stunning in every turn, and she credits her tip-top shape to her healthy diet and exercise routine.

"I once struggled with body image issues." She admits. "I took pills, over-the-counter supplements. I even went to chinese herbalists.. But that’s all in the past. My body has definitely come a long way from all the crazy yo-yo stuff."

Balanced diet involves the intake of meals that contain carbohydrates, proteins and fats properly proportioned in every meal. This ensures that Natasha gets the right amount of nutrients her body needs and also helps in weight loss and weight maintenance.

On the other hand, Natasha Henstridge’s exercise routine involves doing Barry’s Bootcamp. This fitness program is said to burn fats nine times faster than typical workouts today and also contains superior amount of cardio exercises.

Barry’s Bootcamp also is considered one of the most effective and most efficient fitness programs today which isn’t suitable for individuals who want to have muscle mass.

"It’s a 30-minute treadmill program with bands and various other weight training integrated and they play music and they yell at you– ‘Keep up! Keep up!’ " she shares. 

Natasha Henstridge’s exercise routine also includes playing roller blades and skiing during the winter season.

She also does cardio exercise through running on the treadmill together with weight lifting and calisthenics exercises. Calisthenics are done without using any apparatus but can burn as much as 300 to 600 calories per hour.
